My approach is client-centered and collaborative. You are in charge of the change you want to make, I am here to help navigate and discover that change.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Family Systems Theory. For younger clients, I often integrate play therapy to support emotional expression and character building in developmentally appropriate ways.
